TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT:
A nonrefundable deposit of R500.00 is required to secure a booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit.

FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit is nonrefundable.

REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the tour.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Zenzele River Lodge and its representatives shall not be responsible for any expense or liability resulting from labor disputes, war, acts of terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, pilferage or any other cause beyond their control. African Kitchens and its representatives reserve the right to accept, or to retain or refuse any person  if circumstances so demand.
